Recommend 5+ Megapixel digital camera.
Sony cameras do a good job.

Video Projectors
Dual powered projectors with 2500 lumens work well.  Run on low power setting and extend bulb life while still having plenty of brightness.  Low power also gives much less projector fan noise to disturb room members.

Available during teaching sessions, or purchase locally.
